Role title

M&E Project Management & Transformation Analyst

Your role

As an M & E Project Management & Transformation Analyst in the Maintenance & Engineering Department, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance-related projects, improving operational processes, and driving efficiency across engineering teams. The Maintenance & Engineering Department plays a key role in delivering Aer Lingus’ ambition by ensuring the continued airworthiness of the fleet, maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance, and enabling efficient, data-driven maintenance operations.

 

Your responsibilities as an M & E Project Management & Transformation Analyst will include:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of transformation projects within the Maintenance and Engineering department.
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful data project outcomes.
    • Provide administrative support to the project management team.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data management tools, business cases and templates.
  • Create dashboards in Power Bi and Skywise for the M&E team.

Your qualifications and key criteria

We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:

  • Passionate about data and using data to drive better business outcomes utilising recognised measurement techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, analytics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, transformation, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Eligible to live and work in the EU.
  • Holder of a current unrestricted worldwide passport.
  • Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5-year background check* or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in Dublin.
