Role title
M&E Project Management & Transformation Analyst
Your role
As an M & E Project Management & Transformation Analyst in the Maintenance & Engineering Department, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance-related projects, improving operational processes, and driving efficiency across engineering teams. The Maintenance & Engineering Department plays a key role in delivering Aer Lingus’ ambition by ensuring the continued airworthiness of the fleet, maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance, and enabling efficient, data-driven maintenance operations.
Your responsibilities as an M & E Project Management & Transformation Analyst will include:
- Assist in the planning and execution of transformation projects within the Maintenance and Engineering department.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful data project outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data management tools, business cases and templates.
- Create dashboards in Power Bi and Skywise for the M&E team.
Your qualifications and key criteria
We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:
- Passionate about data and using data to drive better business outcomes utilising recognised measurement techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, analytics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, transformation, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Eligible to live and work in the EU.
- Holder of a current unrestricted worldwide passport.
- Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5-year background check* or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in Dublin.
