Role title

Talent Acquisition Operations Generalist

Your role

At the heart of our success as a Talent Acquisition team is our unwavering focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. We play a key role in advancing Aer Lingus’ strategic ambitions by developing innovative sourcing strategies, enhancing our Employer Brand, and providing a best-in-class Talent Acquisition service to our business partners.

Our team of eight is responsible for attracting and securing top talent across all areas of Aer Lingus, from Business Support Functions to our High-Volume Talent Acquisition Programmes.

We are now looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Generalist to join our dynamic team and support the full recruitment lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their TA career who thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment. The role is based at Dublin Airport, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

 

  • Screening of CV’s against role criteria.
  • Conducting initial candidate screening calls.
  • Assisting the TA team with directly sourcing hard to fill positions via LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a central repository for all relevant recruitment resources (supplier contracts, invoices, business cases, recruitment policies).
  • Raising of supplier PO's.
  • Assisting the team with pre-boarding of new hires.
  • POC for TA budget spend.
  • Assist team with drafting of job descriptions/posting on LinkedIn.
  • Employer brand related support.
  • POC for Event Mgmt/Coordination.

Your qualifications and key criteria

We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:

 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as part of an in-house TA team or a recruitment agency.
  • Demonstrated administration experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
  • Collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Eligible to live and work in the EU.
  • Current unrestricted worldwide passport.
  • Able to pass a 5-year security background check*(or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in Dublin.
