Role title

Compliance Monitoring Auditor - Operations

Your role

Reporting to the Operations Compliance Manager, you will have a key role in supporting the Aer Lingus operations compliance monitoring program to verify the continued validity and safe operations within the scope of the organisations approvals. Aer Lingus operates an independent Compliance Monitoring System which monitors compliance with all regulatory requirements of EASA and the IAA, and the operational standards from the IOSA program (IATA Operational Safety Audit). In order to ensure independence, the audit function may not be performed by personnel directly involved with the process or area under scrutiny. In addition, Aer Lingus holds IOSA registration from IATA. IOSA certification is a prerequisite to IATA membership and for codeshare/alliance membership.
