Your Role

The Project Management & Transformation Analyst will be based in Dublin or Madrid, within the Maintenance and Engineering department, specifically in the Transformation section. The role is designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience, preferably with a background in engineering, logistics, analytics, or a related field.

The Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) department is undergoing a significant transformation to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and drive innovation. As part of this transformation, the department is focusing on implementing new processes, technologies, and methodologies to streamline operations and achieve strategic objectives.

The Transformation section within the M&E department plays a critical role in driving these initiatives. The department is responsible for planning and monitoring transformation projects that align with the department's goals and objectives. These projects may include process improvements, technology implementations, organizational changes, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of the M&E department.

The Analyst role will support the Transformation PMO in managing these projects. The role involves assisting in project planning, tracking progress, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The Analyst will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Given the dynamic nature of the transformation efforts, the Analyst will need to be adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of transformation projects within the Maintenance and Engineering department.
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management tools and templates.

Your qualifications and key criteria

Qualifications, Competencies and Experience

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, analytics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, transformation, or a related area.
    Essential competencies/skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
